Privacy Policy

• Name, email, phone — when you submit a consultation or contact form.
• Address you enter in the visualizer, plus the parcel data Regrid returns for it.
• The preview you save: the model you placed, its position, and its rotation.
• Conversation history: every email/SMS you exchange with our AI assistant or with our team.

We contact you about your ADU project. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone outside of: (a) the third-party service providers we use to operate (listed below), or (b) NH town offices we contact on your behalf to verify zoning.

• Supabase — database + authentication (USA-hosted)
• Vercel — application hosting
• Mapbox — satellite imagery + geocoding
• Regrid (Basemap) — parcel boundaries + zoning codes
• Anthropic — AI assistant language model
• Resend — transactional email delivery

We keep your lead and conversation history indefinitely for the purpose of follow-up and project continuity. You can request deletion at any time — email hello@nhaduexperts.com.

We use Vercel Analytics (privacy-preserving, no PII) and basic operator-session cookies. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
